2. DIN TAI FUNG, SKYAVENUE 

To usher in the Year of Pig, Din Tai Fung is offering 4 choices of Yee Sang – Smoked Salmon Yee Sang (RM98 nett for 4-6 pax/RM138 nett for 8-10 pax) and Abalone Yee Sang (RM158 nett for 4-6 pax/RM268 nett for 8-10 pax).

The Yee Sang at Din Tai Fung is special cause it has two treasure, the smoked salmon and Abalone, to be tossed together with other ingredients such as crackers, peanut, sesame, yam, green and red carrot, shredded winter melon, red ginger, taro silk, Chinese cucumber, pomelo, dried lime and lime.

To welcome the Year of the Boar with prosperity, Sushi Zanmai will be serving Prosperity Yee Sang.

Here, the traditional Chinese dish is coupled with Japanese ingredients, such as seasoned seaweed, pickled ginger, pickled radish, Japanese cucumber, and crunchy tempura flakes producing a myriad of flavors to the Yee Sang.

In order to distinguish themselves form other restaurants, Sushi Zanmai uses fresh Japanese ingredients to make their Yee sang light, delicious, and refreshing.
