Instagram have switched to the dark mode that could match your soul..

On Monday, Adam Mosseri, Head Of Instagram made his announcement on Twitter that Instagram is turning to the dark side and it literally gets everyone HOOKED!

Starting today, you can use Instagram in dark mode on iOS 13 or Android 10. Turn dark mode on your phone to try it out. 👀

According to Engadget, following the introduction of Apple’s system-wide dark mode on iOS 13 and a similar feature in Android 10, users have been able to switch to a white-on-black theme for their system elements and for supported apps.

And it seems like people on Twitter are actually lovin it. 

FYI, for you IOS users who  still didn’t know how to change your Instagram to the dark mode, you can follow these simple steps below:

  1. Upgrade your Iphone to IOS 13
  2. Open Settings on your device, then go to Display and Brightness, and tap Dark.
  3. Open Settings on your device, then go to Display and Brightness, and tap Dark.
  4. Instagram will, by default, automatically respond to your device’s system setting. 

And for you, Android users, you just need to have Android 1o

  1. Open your settings in Android 10 and turn on dark mode.

To add to the news, Instagram finally removed the “following” activity tab where you could actually stalk your followers “engagement”activity.
