Mafarikha Beri Inspirasi Kongsi Wajah Dahulu Dan Sekarang

Bekas peserta program realiti Vokal Bukan Sekadar Rupa terbitan TV3 ini telah memuat naik gambar melalui akaun instagram miliknya beberapa jam yang lalu dengan menunjukkan perbezaan wajah beliau daripada tahun 2005 dan sekarang.

Perbezaan yang begitu ketara sekali dapat dilihat melalui wajah dan berat badan beliau. Menurutnya, setiap gadis tidak perlu tampak lawa sepanjang masa kerana masih banyak lagi yang perlu dicapai oleh mereka seiring usia remaja. Malah, ada diantara mereka juga kelihatan yang seakan tua berbanding usia.

I know that some of you feel like a potato, I was one of the potato tapi I tak terfikir pun masa tu untuk tak jadi potato. Sebab dulu tak macam sekarang, sekarang umur 13 pun dah macam I umur 26. If you think life is not treating you fairly, here’s a photo for you. Muda-muda enjoy lah life as a teenager. Tak perlu nak melawa je all the time. Banyak lagi masa, muka and badan you pun tak habis develop lagi. Jadi sabar. I pun tak percaya this is the same person. Usaha to get what you want, take action on what you don’t like to see on your body or on your face. You’ll get through it! I do read your confessions in my DM and questions like how to be confident, my answer is BECAUSE I KNOW I’M BETTER THAN YESTERDAY AND YESTERYEAR!

Namun, walaupun zaman sekarang kelihatannya golongan remaja sangat menitikberatkan penampilan sehingga ada yang obses dengan penampilan artis Korea, namun bagi Mafa apa yang penting adalah sentiasa memanfaatkan usia muda mereka.
 
 
 

I’VE BEEN FAT AND LIVE WITH BODY SHAMING ALL THE TIME ? . So since you guys want me to post about myself about my body weight journey, the ups and downs of it. Here you go. . When I was a child, I’ve been gaining weight a lot cause I go to McDonalds every Friday ? so that’s how I got my body in 2011. Look, I’ve never been skinny, always struggling with my weight. I’ve been called names like gemok, badan besar, fat cow, etc. At some point, yes memang rasa down but the reason I never fell into depression about my weight because I start fresh everyday. Masa sekolah dulu, biasalah cikgu kan kadang buat lawak salah bual, like simply cakap “tu girlfriend awak” then the guy pun macam “tak nak lah gemok gila!”, lepas tu cikgu tu serba salah sendiri, my face was like, the damage is done cikgu. . So on 2013 I think, I got admitted for the first time due to an infection on my neck. Got admitted for 3 days, I was so weak. I demam 2 minggu tapi tak pergi clinic sebab dia kejap naik kejap turun then until one day I couldn’t stand anymore dah selimut 3 lapis pun I was still shivering. I didn’t tell my parents sebab takut kena marah, but lagi kena marah sebab tak bagitau sakit sebab tau-tau dah kena admit je ? so from there, I’ve lost quite few kgs lepas keluar hospital. Starting from there I decided to take care of my health, I eat healthy, cook my own food, workout sampai nangis-nangis. Masa tu study lagi, tiap hari lepas habis class, slow jog dekat dalam campus and that’d take me like 1 hour, then lepas sampai rumah, I did cardio 3-4 reps around half and hour or more. Muak hari-hari makan makanan sama, kosong je rasa. On 2014 I was at my lowest weight tapi tak low mana pun, I was almost there to hit the right number on the scale that suits a normal BMI. I’ve lost about 30 kilos. . Kemudian tersasar! Ye la bercinta kan buat kita happy ? but percaya atau tidak, currently I’m heavier than I was in 2011 tapi tak sebesar macam masa 2011. Maybe sebab masa I lost weight tu I workout kot, entahlah. . But yeah, macam I cakap la, if you don’t like what you see on your face or body you have to take action. Plain water is your bestfriend. Now, I’ve started my workout again.
