Singing competitions are everywhere nowadays. In Malaysia alone there are multiple competitions like this such as Astro Star Quest, I Can See Your Voice (Malaysia Edition), The Voice (Malaysia & Singapore Edition), Malaysian Idol and more.
Many aspiring young singers try out their luck by taking part in these singing competitions and hope to debut as a singer. Most importantly, they crave to be recognised by people, especially professionals.
Lately, Malaysian Bernard Kwo has made the country proud by taking part in Korea’s top singing variety show ‘I Can See Your Voice’.
He wowed all the judges and viewers with his angelic voice. He sang Rihanna’s ‘Stay’ and the judges were super impressed by his performance as they thought that he couldn’t really sing at first.
Bernard also took part in ‘I Can See Your Voice’ (Malaysia Edition) prior joining the Koreas edition.
Besides, he also has his own Youtube channel dedicated to posting cover songs. Some of his songs include ‘Shape of You’, ‘You Don’t Own Me’, ‘I Hate You, I Love You’ and ‘Send My Love’.
Although he did not upload many videos, all the songs he did cover are of superb quality!
With his impressive performance in the first round, Bernard will be going into the second round and continue to show off his remarkable singing skills to the world.
Let us all give him our biggest support and hope that he can make Malaysia proud once again! Bernard Kwo, hwaiting!
