THESE 9 PLACES SELL THE VIRAL ‘AIS KEPAL MILO PEKAT’

Ever since the Ais Kepal Milo Pekat or Thick Milo Round Ice from Kuala Kangsar went viral, many people have been going crazy about the thick gooey Milo concoction.

Indeed, Milo has been a nationwide favourite for the longest of time now. Some of us consume it as a beverage, some use the powder as a topping for snacks, while a niche group of people even add it as seasoning to their Maggi Kari.

However, it seems like since the inception of Milo Dinosaur, there hasn’t been anything quite particularly new and unique anymore, that is, until Ais Kepal Milo Pekat came along.

There have been many videos and images of this unique dessert going viral on Facebook and other social media platforms recently.

Unfortunately for some of us who are not from Kuala Kangsar, we can’t experience the famous dish unless we travel all the way there. But do we have the time to actually do so?

Thankfully, Fendy N went out on a hunt for this special dessert and found 9 places around Malaysia!

1. Stall in front of Epal Jaya Pharmacy, Kuala Kangsar

This is the OG Ais Kepal Milo Pekat which went viral online. The stall is opposite of the Epal Jaya Pharmacy, and along the row where the Guardian Pharmacy is.

There’s no exact address, but you should be able to spot the stall based on these landmarks.

Address: Bandar Baru, 33000 Kuala Kangsar, Perak

2. Laksa D’coconut, Kuala Kangsar

This is yet another spot in the same city for the sticky Milo and ice combination. Theirs differ slightly from the stall as they offer various toppings over the dessert.

In case you can’t find the place, a landmark near it is a mosque.

Address: No.1, Blok A Rpa4, Jalan Sultan Iskandar Shah, Kuala Kangsar, Perak

3. Daughter’s Kitchen, Sungai Buloh

For those of you staying in the Klang Valley, rejoice! We don’t need to travel too far away for the chocolatey goodness. Just a little trip towards Sungai Buloh will allow us to test out this yummy-licious dessert.

Address: Lot 105 Kampung Melayu Sungai Buloh, Batu 13 1/2, Sungai Buloh, Selangor

4. GhiOuh, Gua Musang

As for those living right smack in the middle of Peninsula Malaysia, fret not as you can get a taste of the Ais Kepal Milo Pekat too.

The landmark for this place is that it is right behind the old PETRONAS station. There are only 2 PETRONAS stations in Gua Musang and they’re super near each other, so you won’t get lost for sure.

Address: Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur – Gua Musang, Bandar Baru Gua Musang, 18300 Gua Musang, Kelantan

5. Stall in Bukit Chatak, Terengganu

East Coast peeps, don’t feel so left out as there’s a place selling this dessert as well. Although it is located in Kuala Dungun and not the capital Kuala Terengganu, the coastal people can still go on a road trip over to the little town.

There is no exact address at all for this stall but errr, if you’re familiar with the area, try to look for the Takraw Ring at Kampung Bukit Chatak.

Address: Kampung Bukit Chatak, Terengganu, Kampung Padang Jambu, 23000 Kuala Dungun, Terengganu

6. Ais Kepal Milo – De’melting, Taiping

This stall might be quite tough to find as the address doesn’t pinpoint its exact location. However, after actually finding the place, you’ll be in for a very good treat.

Meanwhile, have patience, my friend, and keep your eyes peeled!

Address: Lorong 17, Kiosk Akone, Kolej Komuniti Roundboard, 34600, Kamunting

7. Stall opposite Shell Station, Rembau

It seems like all the good stuffs tend to be kept pretty hidden, at least that is the case for the Ais Kepal Milo Pekat places. This gem is obscurely located opposite of Shell Station along the road which connects Seremban and Tampin.

All we can say is…if you’re not familiar with the area, good luck.

Address: Jln Seremban – Tampin, Kampung Ulu Chuai, 71300, Rembau, Negeri Sembilan

8. Milo Kepal anaLicious, Masai

Don’t feel mislead by the name of this shop. Though there’s a play on the butt word there, it doesn’t mean that their dessert is sh*t. In fact, pictures have proven that the brown mess is nothing but sweet and delicious.

Well, you know what they say, “belum cuba, belum tahu…”.

Address: No.2, Jalan Pulasan 26, Taman Kota Masai, Johor

9. Johny’s Ice Kepal AU3, Ampang

Praise the heavens! We’ve got another location in the Klang Valley.

After a plethora of stalls and restaurants which serve this Ais Kepal Milo Pekat being located in towns all over the Peninsula, it’s nice to know that people living in Kuala Lumpur can get a taste of it too.

Address: Pusat Tuisyen Sri Sepakat , Jln AU3/12 Tmn Sepakat Keramat, Ampang

Have you tried any of these? Let us know what you think. Also, do let us know in the comments section if you know other places which sell the Ais Kepal Milo Pekat
