iKON Departs for Japan, Leaves Fans Heartbroken

In the K-pop world, it is almost a joy to be able to see your favourite oppas or noonas in the airport. Not only fans are able see them up close in their natural state; without all the over-the-top stage makeups and outfits, their ‘airport fashion’ has always became the most anticipated subject for the fans.

However on the 23rd on July 2019, iKON was spotted at Gimpo Airport to make their flight to Japan for their IKON JAPAN TOUR. And as expected, fans have already stormed the airport just to see their oppas fly off.

Unlike any regular days where the iKON members’ airport fashions became the main topic, fans are instantly downhearted when seeing there were only six boys today. With the shocking departure of ex-leader B.I. (Kim Hanbin) back  in July 12th, iKONICs took to their social media to express their sorrows.

Kim Hanbin’s  sudden leave from the group really did a great impact to the fans. Not only they are sad that there were only six members flying off to Japan, they also had to swallow the bitter pill that there will only be six members to perform on the stage of IKON JAPAN TOUR and in the future.

Fans miss Hanbin’s absent and #WeMissOur131 had trended in twitter, proving that Hanbin’s fans have yet lost hope.
