One Republic performed in Malaysia for the first time in 2013. After a long 5 years of waiting, they are finally stopping by Kuala Lumpur once more in the Asian leg of their world tour.

The main organiser of the concert, WGW Entertainment, has just released the date of the concert but have yet to announce any other details.

Kuala Lumpur is confirmed as one of the stop for their Asian countries, along with Singapore and South Korea.

The band consists of 5 members; vocalist and lyricist Ryan Tedder, guitarist Drew Brown, guitarist Zach Filkins, drummer Eddie Fisher and bassist Brent Kutzle.

They have a long list of hit songs on their sleeves such as ‘Counting Stars’, ‘If I Lose Myself’ and ‘Apologize’.

One Republic formed in 2002. Then in 2006, the band from Colorado first achieved commercial success on social networking site Myspace as an unsigned act.

They accomplished many achievements along the way as they had won multiple awards in the entertainment industry. Some of the most prestigious awards are Grammy Awards, American Music Awards and Billboard Music Awards.
