Barack Obama Will Be Having His Own TV Show!

We all love reality TV shows. It’s obvious by how obsessed we are by the Kardashians. This time, we’ll get to follow another family in their daily lives.

After Barack Obama finished his term as the President of the United States of America, people were curious as to how the gentleman and his family are living their lives.

Apparently, the Obamas and Netflix are working out on a deal to produce their own show. Unfortunately, the plans are all being kept highly classified so no one knows what the shows going to be like at all, Vanity Fair wrote.

However, one thing is for sure; there will be absolutely no talk of anything political.

In an interview, Netflix head Ted Sarandos explained that it will not propagate any kind of political agenda or take sides in this arena.

“This is not the Obama Network. There’s no political slant to the programming.”

The Obamas actually built Higher Ground Productions and Netflix wanted a piece of that cake too.

“I didn’t want to see them go anywhere else, because I think they’ll be great at it.”

The unscripted lifestyle show will fall under the entertainment programme where the family hopes to share inspirational stories.

Some content includes the ex-president talking about healthcare, voting rights and immigration policy. Though some may argue these things sound rather political, the main point is that the show will not take sides.

Michelle Obama will also share on important issues such as nutrition.

One of their daughters, Malia Obama, plans on sharing her thoughts and views on movies as the movie buff. Though she’s currently living in the Harvard dorms, Malia doesn’t plan on being missed out from the show.

Sounds like a great TV show is coming our way and for once, we might actually get to enjoy watching a family with brains instead.
