Last night marked the third week of Bintang Bersama Bintang 2019 (BBB 19). All participants have shown great efforts in their performances and it is getting interesting each week.
Sharif invited Shiha Zikir to be on stage with him for his live performance yesterday. Shiha received supportive responses from the crowd while making her appearance by Sharif’s side in BBB 19’s third week.
The ‘Pipiyama’ singer was very surprised at the amount of encouragement that the audience had given her.
Shiha told the press,
“I have been involved with a few sitcom productions before, but my actions were limited according to the script.
“I am overwhelmed with all the building and encouraging comments that I got from netizens after my performance with Sharif last night.
“They really enjoyed seeing me become the funny ‘cracked’ woman, and I think I delivered the role really well.”
This is Shiha’s first experience in acting for a spontaneous musical performance.
The amount of applause that they got from the performance last night shows that Sharif’s choice to have Shiha alongside him this week did him pretty well.
Shiha also said,
“You will never know until you try. And maybe my sense of humour itself really helped in putting out the joke and making my character feel real.
“If there’s an offer for comedic acting, I would definitely want to do it again!”
Shiha, whose real name is Nurshihah Mohd Zikir, is very thankful to Sharif for trusting her credibility and for giving her the opportunity to do the comedic performance with him.
Sharif and Shiha’s collaboration in the third week of BBB yielded as they were crowned for the best performance during that night.
At once, entitling Sharif to bring home a cash prize of RM10,000. Congratulations to Sharif and Shiha. May Sharif continue to deliver great performances throughout the rest of the competition.
