She may have achieved great success in her singing career, but Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza wasn’t always at the top of her game when it came to business.

The 39-year-old artiste who founded a business selling cosmetic products under the brand SimplySiti since 2010 revealed there had been times where she had wanted to throw in the towel and focused only on her singing career.

“It was in the third or fourth year of my business when I told my husband I wanted to quit.

“There were so many challenges that we faced as a company. One of it was when our stock was stolen.

“But the biggest challenge would be the rising cost as we wanted to produce a safe and good quality product for our customers,” she said in news reports today.

“Thank God for my husband who continuously encouraged me to not give up,” she added.

Luckily, our favourite person kept on striving and became even more successful today than before. Keep it up Dato!
