We’ve seen all sorts of weird clothes South Korean boy and girl bands wear during their photoshoot and performances.
Of course, these aren’t the kind of clothes anyone would wear on a daily basis. Who could even be comfortable in them?
Well, apparently, BTS’ Jin really does love the outfit he wore in the LOVE YOURSELF: Answer concept pictures. So much so, that he decided to wear them out in broad daylight.
An all-white, retro disco suit embezzled with rhinestones and glitter, plus matching shiny silver boots was Jin’s outfit the other day.
Obviously, Mr. Worldwide Handsome pulled off the look perfectly well but he did stand out a bit compared to the other members whom were wearing everyday clothes.
This got fans wondering if Jin lost a bet or something, forcing him to wear these sparkly clothes out.
Some of the fans wrote,
“Did he lose a bet?!”
“This is not a punishment from the CB Vlive is it? What kind of bet or game did Jin lose this time?”
“It’s probably for a game that they filmed. We’ll find out soon.”
The incident went pretty viral to the point where Big Hit Entertainment, the boys’ label, had to release a statement about it.
“Jin’s outfit today was a surprise event for his fans. He thought of it himself and showed up as he wanted.
“Jin’s outfit is from BTS’ concept photos from comeback album LOVE YOURSELF: Answer. He decided to wear it all on his own.”
So, the answer is; no, Jin did NOT lose a bet. He just loves shining bright like the godly good looking man that he is.
