Big Hit Entertainment Has Started Suing BTS’ Haters

BTS’ label, Big Hit Entertainment is finally suing all the haters.

BTS has faced a lot of judgement while they were coming up and now even when they are at the top.

They’ve spread KPOP to so many countries, they’ve broken multiple epic records which no Korean artists have done before, and they changed the way Korean entertainment companies run by being very involved in their own music.

Things weren’t all that easy of course. After they debuted in 2012, they didn’t see commercial success until late 2014. It took them another 2 years to truly make their mark in the industry.

This made them the subject of many haters’ target. When they came out on top of Big Bang in a music show, many started accusing them of 사재기 (Sajaegi) which means chart manipulation.

They then adapted BTS’ name into 표절소년단 (Pyojeolsonyeondan) which translates to Plagiarism Boys.

For years, they have been labelled as such demeaning words by haters but this year, Big Hit has finally decided to take action.

According to Koreaboo, a netizen uploaded a picture of the letter from Big Hit stating that she appear at the police station by 3pm, July 2nd, 2018.

She was obviously afraid and was seeking for help. She wrote,

“I was kicked out from the other website so this is the only place I have to ask for help I’m sorry.

“I’m home alone right now so only I know about this. I can’t let my family know. Would it be possible to deal with this alone without letting my family know?

“It’s telling me to come to the police station in July and that if I don’t attend, I’ll be on the wanted list. I don’t even think I posted any negative comments.

“Can I sue them for over investigation? How much will I have to pay in fines? I’m currently looking for a job so I won’t be able to pay if it’s over a couple thousand dollars.

“I’ve asked the other website to delete my posts but could this become a problem too?”

She definitely took her words way too lightly. In the comments section of her post, she revealed that she had constantly called BTS ‘sajaegi’.

Well, needless to say, ARMYs from all over the world are celebrating this ‘win’.

“Big Hit is not joking when they said they’re going to sue anyone who defames and spreads false facts about BTS.”

“Big Hit has finally sued! Good job Big Hit! Get rid of all those BTS’ anti-fans!”

“I hope all of you get caught, you little trolls.”

How do you feel about Big Hit Entertainment’s move?
