Just when you thought the boys from SM couldn’t get any more powerful, SM Entertainment is setting to launch a collaboration group featuring Taemin, Kai, Baekhyun, Taeyong, Mark, Lucas and Ten! WIG LAUNCHED INTO ORBIT!
“An official announcement will be made on August 8”, SM Entertainment responded when statements regarding the project was asked.
This is not the first time SM Entertainment has done this! Previously, they have done project units like SM The Performance back in 2012, consisting members of TVXQ, Super Junior, SHINee, EXO and NCT — U-Know Yunho, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Minho, Taemin, Lay, Kai and Ten.
However, this time around these boys will not debut as a project unit, instead will be an actual group with potential future comebacks following their debut. The members’ main groups will still be prioritized however, so this new group will not affect their original groups’ schedules.
If this is true, then they would definitely a major threat to the K-Pop industry owing to their already published fanbase even prior the debut of the new group! Wow! Just WOW!
