Perfect spots to explore this school holiday!

It’s the end of the year and we all know that this is the season for shopping and meandering. Seeing as many of us are too broke to go overseas, why not explore our very own capital?

It is amazing what our city has to offer. Just when we think that we’ve seen it all, Kuala Lumpur just pops out yet another interesting thing to see.

Check out some of these fascinating places to explore this holidays.

1. KL Upside Down House

Ever since the upside down house craze started in Gettorf, Germany, many countries around the world have taken to build their own too. But who would have known Kuala Lumpur would have this epic structure?

Not only do they have furniture bolted to the ‘floor’, they even stuck those little items such as toys, cups, bowls and plates the other way around.

Now, that’s called attention to detail.

We all love going to zoos and checking out animals. Unfortunately, we can’t touch them or even get up close because they’re truly wild ones who could harm us. Dangerous, lah…

So, why not visit a petting zoo instead where you can actually play with those fluffy creatures? There’s one located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

Over here, we get to touch, carry and even hug all sorts of animals such as llamas, rabbits, guinea pigs, turtles and more!

What’s more refreshing than a walk in one of Malaysia’s oldest reserved forests? A nice stroll and perhaps even a picnic in the lush Taman Eko Rimba KL will reset your body.

Being exposed to too much radiation offsets our body clocks and ultimately causes us to easily feel tired. A dash with nature can help your body rejuvenate!

It is also a great spot for the younger generation to explore, be adventurous, and get down and dirty at.

How often do we get to go up onto a helipad? Usually, we think that only the rich people or those working in the airforce would get to go up onto one.

However, Malaysians totally get to go up to one whenever they visit the Heli Lounge Bar. Over here, you can indulge in the scenic view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the rest of Kuala Lumpur.
