Ever since the news of Netflix’s first Korean variety show Busted! broke out, fans were anxiously anticipating its first episode.
The show was widely loved due to its hilarious unscripted moments, funny interaction among the cast members and amazing invited celebrities.
Busted! stars South Korea’s beloved emcee, Yoo Jae Suk, Lee Kwang Soo, EXO’s Sehun, Ahn Jae Wook, Kim Jong Min, Park Min Young and gugudan’s Sejeong.

It started airing on May 8th and the final episode of the first season is set to be released on June 1st, 2018.
However, before the final episode is even aired, a second season of Busted! is already confirmed, Koreaboo said.
Netflix announced,
“We have confirmed that due to the explosive response, both locally and abroad, we will produce a Season 2. We will greet the global viewers with both upgraded mystery and laughter.”

Jang Hyuk Jae, who is the producer and CEO of the show’s production company, could not stop thanking everyone who enjoyed the show.
He shared,
“I am deeply grateful for all of the interest and love from viewers all around the world for Busted!. In Season 2, we will repay everyone’s expectations with a higher level of perfection and more laughter.”

Another producer, Cho Hyo Jin, also shared his joy in receiving the chance to produce more episodes. He has expressed his wish to experiment with new things in Season 2.
