Going To KPOP Concerts Will Extend Your Life for Another 10 Years!

KPOP concerts are every fans’ go-to place to support their favourite idols and groups. It is usually crowded with people and packed with loud music.

However, did you know that going to KPOP concerts can actually add an additional 10 years to your life?!

Say what?

According to Koreaboo, there is a joint project conducted between London’s O2 arena and Goldsmith University’s Associate Lecturer, Patrick Fagan. They explained that with just a short 20 minutes of solid gig time can increase our mood by 21%.

The researchers brought in participants who took part in well-being activities such as yoga, dog-walking and attending gigs. They were put through a bespoke psychometric test and heart rate tests.

Then after data analysis was done, the results showed that people who watched KPOP concerts felt 25% happier than those who did not, and their positive mental stimulation rose by 75%.

Hmmmm~ Now it just gives us another reason to go to more KPOP concerts!

Associate Lecturer Professor Patrick Fagan commented:

“Our research showcases the profound impact gigs have on feelings of health, happiness and well-being – with fortnightly or regular attendance being the key.

“Combining all of our findings with O2’s research, we arrive at a prescription of a gig a fortnight which could pave the way for almost a decade more years of life.”

Actually, aside from the above research, there are many similar kinds of research that has been done on KPOP concerts which prove that attending these events have a positive impact on your health and life.

This is because many people feel that KPOP music is catchy and fun, and it will make you stand on your feet and dance!

Hence, going to KPOP concerts will definitely improve our well-being and not to mention, lifespan too!

Apparently, another research by the University of Missouri published in the Journal of Positive Psychology concluded that upbeat music has a “significantly positive effect” on well-being.

So, if there’s a KPOP concert happening in your area, just go and check it out!  #KPOPROCKS
