BTS Dominates Radio Disney Music Awards

The 2018 Radio Disney Music Awards took place on June 22nd, 2018 and saw all kinds of famous stars that night.

There were multiple performances from various favourite artists such as Meghan Trainor, Charlie Puth and even the masked DJ Marshmello.

It’s safe to say the night was super fun.

Aside from the awesome songs, people noted that the one thing that stood out was none other than BTS. Not only were they the only South Korean celebrities nominated for four awards, they even won them all!

They took home the Best Group, Best Dance Track (Mic Drop Steve Aoki Remix), Best Song That Makes You Smile (DNA) and Fiercest Fans (A.R.M.Y) awards.

They beat out other hot stars like Maroon 5, Justin Bieber, Khalid, Selena Gomez, etc. Plus, they were the most nominated group that night, showcasing their enormous popularity over the Hollywood singers.

Unfortunately, the boys couldn’t attend the event but that doesn’t mean they weren’t grateful. When they got wind of their wins, they made a video thanking everyone for the awards.
