Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon to Make Solo Debut with New Name

SONEs, be ready to scream out loud for Queen Hyoyeon’s solo debut! 

Girls’ Generation’s Dancing Queen, Hyoyeon, is reportedly making her solo debut with a new stage name!

According to Allkpop, exclusive report by Sports DongA said that Hyoyeon is releasing a digital single under the name DJ Hyo.

Besides, it’s reported that she was originally planning to make the official release at the end of March but decided to delay due to her personal strive for perfection. 

Hyoyeon is known to be a massive fan of EDM. Many fans know that she always goes to night clubs with her friends. Before this solo debut, she has actually used the name DJ Hyo at various events.

Hyoyeon is expected to officially starts her promotions as DJ Hyo very soon! 

Moreover, other Girls’ Generation members will be releasing their own solo debut and activities too.

Yoona will reportedly be releasing a solo single in May while other members like Yuri and Seohyun are currently active in their own activities too.

Apart from the members’ solo activities, a report said that Girl’s Generation will drop their 10th anniversary album this summer. All members are currently working on it and Sunny also gave little hints about the comeback in a magazine interview.
